Natural England is proposing to introduce sea eagles (white tailed eagles) into East Anglia starting in Norfolk in the summer of 2009.

The consultation period has already begun and there are public drop-in meetings on 25, 26 and 30 November in Brancaster, Snettisham and Blakeney village halls. The meetings are between 1pm and 4pm on each of the days in question.

Do go along to these meetings and take the opportunity to find out more about the introduction programme and the effect that it might have on shooting.

BASC would be interested to hear the views of any interested parties.
