The Westcountry Game Fair 2009 was blessed with great weather – which doesn’t always happen at this show! The main stand looked superb thanks to the efforts of our local wildfowling clubs and trade members and the Marskman System was a great draw. We were joined by Gaymers Cider who gave away samples of their cider to compliment the game dishes cooked up on the stand. We also ran a prize draw to raise money for the South West Young Shots scheme. The first prize was a semi-auto shotgun, second prize was a print by Nigel Hemming kindly donated by David Bresgall of Classic Designs and a deer box donated by Kingscote Boxes. Other prizes included a DVD and decoy from Chris Green and some cider presentation packs from Gaymers Cider.
