CaptureBASC explained the workings of their new online bag return system to members of Ely Wildfowlers Association at their AGM.

BASC rural development officer Paul Williamson ran through the updated Green Shoots Mapping website, which was recently relaunched after being upgraded to work on tablets and smartphones.

Paul Williamson said: “We have tried to make the new website simple for wildfowlers to use, but we are more than happy to visit clubs to give hands-on advice.

“The new ‘Bagged It’ feature has been specifically developed for wildfowlers to complete bag returns electronically rather than relying on traditional paper methods. We’re certain wildfowlers will agree the system makes life easier.”

A raffle and auction on the night raised £1,000 towards future land purchases by the BASC-affiliated club.
