A gamekeeper from Cheshire has won first place in a national competition organised by the UK’s largest shooting organisation, the British Association for Shooting and Conservation (BASC).
The BASC Ladies? Training Days are designed to encourage women to take up shooting and assist them with clay and/or game shooting.
On your day you will learn about guns and cartridges, gun fit, safety, master eye, stance, certificates as well as field etiquette and dress. You will be part of a small group and be allocated a BASC coach who will remain with your group throughout the day.
The UK?s largest shooting organisation, the British Association for Shooting and Conservation (BASC), has launched campaigning websites which allow people to look up their Parliamentary candidates to assess their views on shooting issues ahead of upcoming elections in Wales and Northern Ireland on May 5.
