Here is William, nine, from Dorset. He enjoys beating and recently shot his first hen bird with a .410. Well done, keep it up.  

William, 11, pictured with his first pheasant shot on his first driven day at the Nettlebed Estate, Oxfordshire in December. Using a 20g side-by-side, he went on to shoot five birds off the last drive for 12 cartridges.  

Pictured here is William with rabbits caught using a long net and ferrets along a hedgerow. William and his father were taken out by Devon Wildfowling and Conservation Association stalwart, Dave Baker, and caught half a dozen rabbits in an exciting couple of hours.  

Twelve-year-old Cody shot his very first pigeon at Braithwell – well done! Lexy, his faithful companion was there to help out. What a team.
