BASC strongly condemn all forms of wildlife crime, and we hope that these increased penalties will send a clear message to those intent on committing such serious crimes.
BASC will once again have a presence at Countryman Fairs’ Midland Game and Country Fair, which will be held at Weston Park in Shropshire on 14th and 15th September.

Even considering our usual high standards, this month has surpassed all expectations in supporting BASC’s principle aims of increasing outreach, public education and ensuring the future of shooting is strengthened. The shooting community has been left with no progression as government fail to ensure medical profession statutory duty in consultation launched by Home Office.
Assurances have been received from government that any challenge will be ‘robustly defended’.
