Police demand for BASC guidance soars

Thousands of extra copies of a police officer?s guide to lawful shooting have been printed to meet demand from police forces around the country. The guide, produced by the UK?s largest shooting organisation, the British Association for Shooting and Conservation (BASC), provides officers with information on situations where people will be involved in activities such as game shooting, deer stalking, wildfowling, pest control and target shooting.

BASC advises early booking for deer carcass handling day in Cumbria.

The British Association for Shooting & Conservation (BASC) will run a deer carcass handling day, at Grizedale, Cumbria on Sunday 25th April 2010.
