I don’t think it has escaped the attention of many women, but girls are different to boys. They are a different shape. They also, quite literally, see the world rather differently. 90% plus of women do not have absolute eye dominance in either eye (though it may appear stronger in one eye than t the other).
Two blog posts in a week has not helped me maintain my calming holiday ‘Zen’; especially given that I also returned to a very busy office this week in sweltering central London. But I couldn’t let the 1st September – another key date in the game shooter’s diary – pass by without a post.
If ever there was (and still is to a certain extent) a male dominated sport, it would be shooting. Having watched my brother shoot rabbits on the family farm when we were younger, at the age of 14 I asked Mum if I could try a local, small game day. Read more…
