There will be some protections will still be in place:

The Covid Pass will be required for entry to:
• Nightclubs and similar venues
• Indoor, non-seated venues for more than 500 people
• Outdoor, non-seated venues for more than 4,000 people
• All events for more than 10,000 people.

The updated Coronavirus Control Plan: autumn and winter 2021 has additional information and outlines the key actions which Welsh Government could put in place to control the spread of the virus.
The First Minister is reminding people that even if you have been fully vaccinated, meeting outside is safer than inside; let fresh air into indoor spaces, get tested even for mild symptoms, to self-isolate when you are required to do so, to continue to keep at a distance when we are out and work from home whenever we can.
