From airguns to MPs – our Game Fair in numbers

BASC-at-The-Game-Fair

The Game Fair. It was the weekend we thought was never going to arrive. A three-day celebration of the countryside and all its wares; a gathering of like-minded souls, all there to indulge in what rural life means to them.

BASC, as ever had a large presence across the site, even within the confines of a build-up impacted by Covid.

BASC membership entitled attendees to complimentary admission to The Game Fair across and as a result more than 27,000 members flocked to Ragley Hall over the three days.

Aim to Sustain

Day one saw the successful launch of Aim to Sustain, which received its official public unveiling in The Carter Jonas Game Fair Theatre on Friday afternoon.

Representatives of all nine partner organisations took questions from a full house, the shooting community clearly keen to understand what Aim to Sustain is all about.

Game Fair in numbers

From gundogs to shotgun coaching lines, and airguns to wild food, BASC staff and volunteers were stationed across the show. All there to offer their expertise, provide advice and get everyone involved.

This year, more than ever, we were delighted to speak with the thousands of BASC members and other show-goers who passed through our stand across the weekend.
