Two ‘introduction to woodpigeon shooting’ courses were held back to back on 18th & 19th May. The first day was held in Kent, with the second taking place at BASC’s South East regional office at Newdigate, Surrey.

Candidates for both days had the chance to learn about the many aspects involved in a successful day’s pigeon shooting. Areas covered included decoying skills/patterns, law, hide building skills and range judging.

Our thanks must go to Shane Robinson for sharing his knowledge with all concerned. For further details of similar courses due to be held in 2014, please visit our website where dates will be made available once confirmed.
