A luxury hotel on the Shropshire/Powys border will be hosting a BASC Taste of Game evening on Friday 6 February.
The event at Mellington Hall Hotel will start at 7.30pm with a free wine tasting session provided by Tanners Wine Merchants followed by a three course meal, using local produce and ingredients. The game will be provided by Willo Game based near Bishops Castle.
There will also be a countryside quiz and an auction for a painting by the renowned wildlife artist Simon Trinder. All proceeds will go to BASC’s Young Shots scheme. There is also a chance to win a bottle of BASC’s centenary whisky with a free prize draw.
