Offensive Weapons Act receives Royal Assent – BASC Guidance

The provisions include the ban of certain rifles and bump stocks, the introduction of enhanced security for firearms over a certain muzzle energy and the control of sales of bladed items to under 18’s and to private residences. BASC will post guidance below as it becomes available;
