Top chef Derek Patterson will be treating people to a taste of game at the BASC Northern Ireland Game Fair on 2-3 May at Ballywalter Park.
Derek, who owns ‘The Plough’ in Hillsborough near Lisburn, will be demonstrating game cookery within the BASC marquee in association with BASC’s Game’s On campaign – www.gameson.org.uk.
BASC NI’s Amanda McCallion said: “Derek is keen to promote the versatility and nutritional value of game by giving people the chance to try different dishes during his demonstrations. I’m sure visitors to the fair will really enjoy watching Derek at work and tasting the end product.”
