Plaudits

“I would like to say a few words about this excellent course. The class size was ideal and the contents great. It was a pleasant surprise to have half a carcass to take home. What was not anticipated was some excellent culinary advice from the trainer. He had plenty of time for us and some of us chatted with him for quite a while when the class had finished and he seemed to be in no rush to end it all. In 2 words the trainer went the ‘extra mile’ with his course and is clearly a great enthusiast for his subject”

“Excellent course. Very knowledgeable trainer who explained things well”
