The Wildlife Habitat Trust’s (WHT) 2020 wildlife habitat conservation stamp has been unveiled online.

The £5 stamp artwork from wildlife artist Rodger McPhail features pink-footed geese flying over Cockerham Marsh.

Choosing Cockerham Marsh on Morecambe Bay coincides with the local club’s centenary anniversary.

Paul Williamson, WHT secretariat and BASC’s head of land management, said: “Having contributed to the first stamp 30 years ago, the WHT were delighted to commission Rodger once again. His artwork is stunning and aligns perfectly with the rich tradition of WHT stamps.

“The funds generated from the sale of these fantastic stamps will again go directly towards deserving projects which benefit wildfowling and conservation. The WHT continues to grow in the conservation sector and these stamps significantly contribute to our success.”
